Cancellation Policy: A $500 deposit is required at the time of registration. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full by July 11, 2023. Any cancellation made between 06/06/2023 and 07/10/2023 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between 07/11/2023 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
