Your Investment

A deposit is required at the time of registration. This will secure your cabin and room choice and guarantee you a spot for our retreat! There are 2 options to secure your registration:

Option 1: Pay a $500 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Pay the remaining balance in full. We will send an invoice after receipt of deposit and registration.
Option 2: Pay in equal monthly payments. Contact us to secure a payment plan. Your first payment is considered a deposit, which is non-refundable.

Your retreat fee must be paid in full by July 1, 2024.

Register by March 31, 2024 to receive the early bird discount of $500!

Room Options

If you are sharing a room with someone, please register at the same time with the same cabin/room choice. Each attendee must complete a registration form. Roommates will select the same cabin/room name.

If you are attending the retreat and desire a double occupancy room and don’t have a roommate attending with you, please type the words Open in the roommate’s name box. If we are unable to locate a roommate for you, you will be upgraded to a private room price.

If you are interested in a certain cottage not listed, please email us at admin@jillmjackson.com to check on availability.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made between registration date and July 4, 2024 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.

Any cancellation made after July 5, 2024 will result in a total loss of funds.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full).

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.

Ponderosa

The Ponderosa Cabin will be used for some group gatherings every day and a few catered lunches and dinners. You will have a private bedroom; however, the common space will be shared with the group at certain times.

The Ponderosa is a home with four bedrooms and a large, full kitchen open to the spacious dining area and living room, which can seat up to 20 people. The house has two fireplaces and a wraparound deck that overlooks the property with great red rock views! Ponderosa now has High Speed Wi-Fi. This cabin has 2 bathrooms and 1 washroom: one with a tub/shower/sink/toilet, one with a shower/sink and one with a sink/toilet.

Creekside Cabin

Easy to know how this cabin got its name. Creekside guests are lured to relaxation as Oak Creek rushes beneath their patio by the creek. There are 2 bedrooms, the master has a king, and the second small bedroom has 2 twins. There is a full kitchen, a bathroom with a tub/shower, and a carport for parking. The living room offers two daybeds, with beautiful views of the creek below. There is a wood-burning fireplace on the outside patio, and a fantastic location on the property makes the Creekside cabin a favorite of many guests.

Oak Cabin

Oak Cabin is a wonderful choice that can accommodate up to 5 people. It is a large cabin with 2 separate bedrooms which are set apart by a comfy living room that also has a daybed. There is also a wood-burning fireplace and a full kitchen. The spacious private patio overlooks the lush garden areas and just across from it is a gas grill and picnic area.

Heron Cabin

The Heron cabin, surrounded by a large grassy area, is a great family cottage offering two bedrooms (queen in master, twin beds in second), full kitchen, living room, wood-burning fireplace, 1 bathroom with a tub and shower, and a private patio. Heron is the closest cottage to our swimming hole and paths to the creek!

Robin Cabin

Robin, a private spacious cottage, is tucked away, with a full kitchen, sitting area, king bed in the bedroom, twin daybed in the living area, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a large patio. The large brick, wood-burning fireplace in the living area is a cozy element for guests to gather around.
