A nonrefundable $500 USD deposit is required at time of registration.

There are 2 options to secure your registration:

      • Option 1: Pay in Full Upon Booking. ($500 of the payment/deposit is non-refundable) We will email an invoice through PayPal.
      • Option 2: Pay the $500 non-refundable deposit, then pay the balance in 4 remaining equal installments through PayPal.
      • After we receive your deposit, we’ll email you a PayPal invoice for the remaining balance. PayPal offers flexible payment options, including paying in full, four interest-free installments, or monthly payments with approved credit. All PayPal invoices must be paid in full to Mystic Journeys LLC by February 3, 202

Double Occupancy, Shared Bedroom + Shared Bathroom

Shared Hotel Room/Shared Bathroom with Roommate in all Hotels 

NOTE: Please select this option only if you already have a roommate. Your roommate must also register and select the same room option. If you register for shared occupancy and your roommate does not register, you will be responsible for the single-occupancy rate.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel by December 21, 2026, you will receive a 100% refund less the $500 deposit.

If you cancel by January 6, 2027, you will receive a 50% refund less the $500 deposit.

If you cancel after February 3, 2027, the fees paid are non-refundable.

 We reserve the right to cancel the trip if the minimum number of participants is not met. If we cancel the trip for this reason, all deposits and payments made will be refunded in full.

We also reserve the right to cancel the trip if vaccine passports or other vaccination documentation become required for international travel to Peru.

Trip cancellation and travel insurance are required for all participants. We strongly recommend purchasing coverage as soon as you register to protect your investment in the event you need to cancel or an unexpected situation affects your travel plans.

You may use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance and choose from several policy options to find the coverage that best suits your needs.
